• Certificate notification not working with SMTP mail server.

  The mail notification the certificate monitor uses does not
  allow user to specify a port and other mail specific
  properties.  So the mail server is confined to the default
  SMTP port and may SMTP servers now days are only setup for a
  secure connection.  Need a way to allow users to access SMTP
  ports different from the default.
  

Problem conclusion

• Adding a custom property that will allow users to use the
  WebSphere mail resouce definition for the SMTP server used
  used by the certificate monitor.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
