• Client is unable to create a JVM custom property that has a
  leading space in the value such as:
  " [fftsprd.uk.fid-intl.com]:8022,[10.61.239.28]:8022 ssh-rsa]"
  The space is being removed when created on admin console or
  wsadmin.

  ssh-rsa]".  The space in front of the bracket ("[") is
  being removed when created on wsadmin.
  

Problem conclusion

• A JVM custom property value that contains a leading space in
  front of bracket will not be removed now.
  
  A new scripting property is introduced and user needs to
  run wsadmin using -javaoption
  "-Dcom.ibm.ws.scripting.keepSpacesBeforeBracket=true" or add
  "com.ibm.ws.scripting.keepSpacesBeforeBracket=true" to
  wsadmin.properties file to keep the spaces.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
