  The APAR PI96748 (feature RTC247424.3) has provided a
  serviceability enhancement to log the excessive growth of
  workspaces that may be used to avoid an OutOfMemoryError.
  This APAR has added a new NLS message for PI96748 to show
  total workspaces being created and it may use up memory if
  workspaces are not cleaned up.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR provides a serviceability improvement to help
  reduce OutOfMemory issues caused by workspaces.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.15/9.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended
