webServicesModule.services.desc"

To generate this exception in a WebSphere Application Server
v6.1 environment

1) Run web administrative console for a clean Application
Server 6.1 profile.
2) Set custom component for monitoring to webservices
Monitoring&Tuning-->Request
Metrics-->Custom-->Webservices-->Apply
3) View custom PMI (Monitoring&Tuning-->your_server-->Custom

On this step, exception occurs in FFDC logs.

A "java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for
bundle com.ibm.ws.pmi.properties.PMIText, key
webServicesModule.services.desc" error occurs

This was caused due to the missing key
webServicesModule.services.desc in resource bundle
com.ibm.ws.pmi.properties.PMIText.

Problem conclusion

The missing key and value has been appended to the
com.ibm.ws.pmi.properties.PMIText.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.0.2.31.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
