PK68691: Http Session Manager will use new flag added by Plugin to determine if a request is failed over

Error description

Currently http session manager has its built-in mechanism to
detect failover from one cluster member to another and
accordingly refresh the http session data.  It has been seen
that in some case situations that the plugin dispatches requests
from a given session to two different cluster members within a
very short interval.  This has the characteristics of a
failover. In this situation additional failover detection by the
plugin and communicating this information to http session
manager can help in synchronizing the session information acroos
the cluster members.  This APAR addresses that.

When plugin sends two requests with the same session id to two
cluster members simultaneously, it is possible that both of them
will use an in-memory copy of the session with the same exact
session id.  When a subsequent request fails over between these
two cluster members they will use their in-memory local copies
instead of using the lastest version of the session copy
stored in the backup. This may lead to stale data.

Problem conclusion

For PK68691 to take effect it is mandatory to apply Plugin
APAR PK71492. Applying APAR PK71492 will cause the Plugin to
introduce a new header to indicate that the request is a
failed over request.  Session Manager will use this
information to force a refresh from the backend to retrieve the
latest copy of the session object.

Code changes have been integrated and will be generally
available as part of fix packs 6.0.2.37 and 6.1.0.23.
