Error description

The SIP Container changes URI scheme and a transport when an
INVITE request is proxied to UAC in a case the user contact
looks like "sip:1.2.3.4:5061;transport=tls".
The Container changes a URI scheme and teh transport in INVITE
request in the following case:
1. A REGISTER request arrives SIP Registrar. The binding of a
user  is registered with the contact
"sip:9.186.127.187:5091;transport=tls".
2. An INVITE request is sent to this user.
3. The SIP Proxy goes over the registration table and retrieves
the user binding with the contact
"sip:9.186.127.187:5091;transport=tls". The Proxy forwards the
request to the user using proxyTo method. A reference of the
contact URI object is sent to the SIP Container.
4. The SIP Container implementing this method verifies that URI
has the "sip:" scheme and is sent over TLS transport. The
Container overwrites the URI object like this: "
sips:9.186.127.187:5091;transport=tcp".
5. Since the registration table contains a reference to the same
URI object the updated contact appears there. When the SIP
Registrar receives a new REGISTER request for the same user, the
table represents both the contacts:

The SIP Container changes URI scheme
and a transport when an SIP request
is proxied and contains a URI with the following parts:
1. The scheme part is "sip".
2. The transport parameter is "tls"

For example:
"sip:9.186.127.187:5091;transport=tls".
is changed by the sip container to:
sips:9.186.127.187:5091;transport=tcp

Problem conclusion

The reason this change of scheme was done is because the
standard deprecated the use of the TLS value for the transport
parameter and thereby forces the SIP Container to change its
value to TCP. The container then changed the "sip" scheme to
"sips" to ensure that the message will be sent via
secure transport (TCP), regardless of the change to the
transport value.

The SIP Container's previous action was incorrect, because
changing scheme to "sips" means all future hops will be
sent via secure transport as well, when actually, this might
not have been the intention of the message's sender.

The fix made to the container will now change the transport
value from TLS to TCP and will leave the "sip" scheme as is.
However, it will make sure that the message will be sent via
secure transport (TLS) for this single hop.
