When com.ibm.websphere.security.SyncToOSThread is set to true on
a distributed platform the following exception may be logged:

The com.ibm.websphere.security.SyncToOSThread is only relevant
to z/OS and if it is defined and set to true in an application,
starting of the application on a distributed platform will fail
with the following exception:

This is because the webcontainer processes the property on a
distributed platform and calls the z/OS only class
com.ibm.ws.security.auth.j2c.WSLoginLocalOSExtensionFactory.

Problem conclusion

The WebContainer has been updated to ignore the environment
property com.ibm.websphere.security.SyncToOSThread on a
distributed platform.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.0.2.33 and 6.1.0.21.  Please refer to the
