APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Threads which are constantly reading and writing data in the
  Channel Framework may appear to be hung, but they are actually
  working ok.  Code will be add to the TCP Channel to trigger the
  hung thread detection API such that these threads will not be
  flagged as hung.

Problem conclusion

• Added code to call appropriate method to signal that a thread
  was still busy and not hung.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpacks 6.1.0.21 and 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
