Error description

The customproperty contains the string "password", of which the
value gets automatically encoded by WebSphere. Then, the
customregistry fails to configure.

Need the fix for resolving the problem that was reported in
PK61941.

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The value of properties would get       *
*                      encrypted if the name field had the     *
*                      sub-string "password" in wsadmin        *
*                      script.                                 *

This is a regression problem due to PK61941.  There was an
error that properties that had the sub-string "password" as
their name, were getting encrypted through wsadmin scripting.
This created a problem in the components which were not
expecting the values to be encrypted.

Note: WebSphere Process Server and WebSphere Portal are both
users of this function.

Problem conclusion

The problem was fixed by removing some of the code changes for
PK61941 so that only proper values are getting encrypted.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.0.2.33, 6.1.0.21 and 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
