Error description

A messaging engine attempts to start on a new cluster member
but the cluster is not a member of a bus.

Local fix

We need a SIB extension to delete any new ME's in the new
template because a new app server cannot be a member of a bus.

*                      the createClusterMember AdminTask       *
*                      command is used to create a cluster     *
*                      member from an existing server, OR      *
*                      the Administrative Console is used      *
*                      to create a cluster using an            *
*                      existing server as a template and       *
*                      that server is a member of a bus.       *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

When creating the first member of a cluster using an existing
server as a template, the configuration of that existing
server may include messaging engines (because the server is a
member of a bus). However, the new cluster member should not
have any messaging engines, as neither the cluster or the
new server has been made a member of a bus.

The problem was that the messaging engine configuration was
incorrectly copied from the existing server to the new cluster
member. This resulted in an invalid bus configuration, and
a messaging engine attempting to start on the newly created
cluster member.

Problem conclusion

This APAR prevents messaging engine configuration from being
copied from an existing server to a new cluster member.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
