A resetBuffer call on the ServletResponseWrapper when servlet
caching is enabled leads to a resetBuffer call on the
CacheProxyResponse object. Under certain circumstances this can
loop back to the resetBuffer call on the ServletResponseWrapper
causing an infinite loop.

Problem conclusion

We removed the extraneous resetBuffer call in the
CacheProxyResponse code, to eliminate the infinite loop
condition.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.0.2.33, 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
