PK71822: CONNECTION NOT FOUND EXCEPTION USING MQ ACTIVATION SPEC WITH USERID

Error description

I have a server configured with admin security, and
an MQ MDB configured using an activation spec, on the
activation spec I provided an authentication alias and
restarted the server, when the MDB then attempts to start I
receive the following error :

Problem conclusion

Operations on the ActivationSpec auth alias were wrapped in a
doPrivileged block, allowing the MDB to start.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
