Error description

When a JAX-RPC managed client attempts to use an
EndpointReference obtained from a JAX-WS service, an error
similar to the following appears in the client logs:

SystemErr javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: WSWS3764E: Error:
The PortName in the WSADDRESSING_DESTINATION_EPR
SubscriptionManagerPort does not match the port
originally configured  service/WSNService1SubscriptionManager
/SubscriptionManagerPort

If a JAX-RPC managed client is invoked using an Endpoint
Reference obtained from a JAX-WS service the JAX-RPC managed
client runtime incorrectly parses the provided Endpoint
Reference. This results in errors that prevent the JAX-RPC
client invocation from continuing. The error may look like:

javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: WSWS3764E: Error:
The PortName in the WSADDRESSING_DESTINATION_EPR
SubscriptionManagerPort does not match the port
originally configured  service/WSNService1SubscriptionManager
/SubscriptionManagerPort

Problem conclusion

The JAX-RPC managed client runtime has been updated to
process Endpoint References obtained from JAX-WS services.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
