Error description

In the WebSphere Application Server administrative console, if
a user with auditor role assigns auditor role to another user,
then the user that has changed will not be able to operate as
auditor until the deployment manager has been restarted.

In the WebSphere Application Server administrative console, if
a user with strictly auditor role assigns another user auditor
role, then the new auditor will not be able to operate as
auditor until the deployment manager or standalone server has
been restarted.

The problem occurred because a user in auditor role was not
given permission to refresh the security authentication cache.

Problem conclusion

To resolve the issue an auditor will be given permission to
refresh the cache whenever an auditor creates a new user or
group.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
