Error description

When a JAX-WS web service has dependencies on JAR files in the
application's library directory, dynamic Web Services
Description Language (WSDL) generation may fail with a message
similar to the following in the server logs:

javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: WSWS7054E: The Web
Services Description Language (WSDL) file could not
be generated for the com.ibm.ws.mail.ut.MailBean Web
service implementation class because of the following
error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.ibm.ws.mail.ut.Mail

* RECOMMENDATION:  Install a fixpack that includes this APAR.  *

JAX-WS web services deployed without WSDL may fail to deploy
if the JAX-WS implementation class, or any of its
dependencies, depend on JAR files in the Enterprise Archive
file's (EAR) library directory. The JAR files in the library
directory were being omitted from the classpath used to
dynamically generate WSDL for the JAX-WS web service.

Problem conclusion

The code has been fixed to include JAR files in the EAR file's
library directory in the classpath for dynamic WSDL generation.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
