Error description

The problem addressed within this fix is an issue with the new
Public Render Parameter (PRP) feature in the portlet
aggregation TagLib. Public Render Parameter is a new feature
of the second version of the portlet specification JSR 286 and
allows portlets on the same page to share their navigational
state. This allows for example to build an application that
has a portlet for selecting  a specific city and another
portlet to display the weather to share the information about
which city is currently of interest without interacting with
each other and thus bringing portlets in context without any
special programming needed to transfer this state information.
However, the aggr. Taglib is a taglib that allows to aggregate
portlets installed in the application server within jsp files.
Unfortunately we found a problem in the implementation of the
PRP-URL state for the jsp pages using the taglib and needed to
fix this one to work as the specification defines it. This
problem does not affect the JSR 286 TCK compliance for
WebSphere Application Server 7.0 and will not affect any
users of the WebSphere Application Server 6.1 features of
the aggregate Taglib features.

The problem addressed within this APAR is an issue with the new

Problem conclusion

Fixed the PRP handling in the portletcontainer Aggregation Tag
Library

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
