Incomplete Javadoc for several files in
com.ibm.websphere.management.repository; also correct Javadoc
for Discovery MBean

*                      for some public classes referenced by   *
*                      the ConfigRepository MBean.             *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

1) The documentation for the Discovery MBean is incorrect.
Some of the methods documented are not for public use.

2) There is no Javadoc information for any of the classes in
the package com.ibm.websphere.management.repository, even
though these classes are mentioned in the public documentation
for the ConfigRepository MBean.

Problem conclusion

1) Documentation was updated for the Discovery MBean.
Clarification was made as to which classes are for public use.

2) Javadoc information was added for the following classes in
package com.ibm.websphere.management.repository:

DocumentDigest
ConfigChangeNotifier
ConfigEpoch
ConfigRepositoryEvent
Document
DocumentContentSource
