insufficient to diagnose problems with a JMS connection.

When CWSIJ0063E errors are thrown by a Thin Client for
JMS with WebSphere Application Server, or the Resource Adapter
for JMS with WebSphere Application Server, which is
connecting using SSL to WebSphere Application Server, it
is necessary to debug the problem with the SSL connection
using the debug facilities of the JSSE implementation within
the JVM.

Problem conclusion

Information added to user action for CWSIJ0063E error message
as follows:

Determine if the specified host name is valid and a process is
listening for connections on the specified port. A SSL
connection problem encountered using the Thin Client for JMS
with WebSphere Application Server or Resource Adapter for JMS
with WebSphere Application Server may be more easily diagnosed
by configuring the system property javax.net.debug=all (Sun
JSSE) or javax.net.debug=true (IBM JSSE) and retrying the
application client.
