Error description

While installing web service applications that include Document
Type Definition files (.dtd), errors similar to the following
occur:

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: JAX-WS applications that include .dtd   *
*                      files fail to deploy to the WebSphere   *
*                      Application Server.                     *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:  Install a fix pack that includes this APAR. *
****************************************************************
When processing XML schema files in a JAX-WS application,
relative imports for .dtd files are not correctly processed by
the JAX-WS runtime. This results in errors that prevent the
application from correctly deploying.

Problem conclusion

The resolution of relatively imported .dtd files has been
fixed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
