(1) The Outbound Reliable Messaging sequences' runtime panel
displays a pessimistic view of the current outbound sequences.

(2) A NullPointerException is thrown when retrieving a
MessageContext for an inbound sequence. This causes subsequent
problems when attempting to display state panels.

(3) The Administrative Console displays outgoing, terminated
sequences with a red cross if there had been more than one
message sent - this gives the impression that the sequence has
a problem, rather than the fact that it is terminated.

(4) A NullPointerException is thrown when attempting to delete
Web Services - Reliable Messaging sequences.

Problem conclusion

(1) Sequence information has been changed so that it doesn't
go into warning state when there is one message waiting to be
sent.  A new warning state has been introduced for when there
is more than 200 messages on the sequence that have not been
sent as this may indicate that more messages are being sent
than can be transmitted.  The sequence will also move to a
warning state if a message has been sent but no
acknowledgement has been received within 2 minutes.

(2) Changed to ensure that a message context exists before
trying to rebuild it.

(3) If the last message number sent is contained in the
Acknowledged messages list, and it has been terminated, then
prevent the sequence from being displayed on the console.

(4) Changed to ensure that the correct parameters are passed
to the underlying framework responsible for deleting messages.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
