Error description

When running a standalone JAX-WS thin client web
services application (using the
com.ibm.jaxws.thinclient_6.1.0.jar) with a Sun JDK,
the following error occurs:

Problem conclusion

We now ensure the IBM SDK is being used prior to throwing the
PKCS11Exception (which has some additional debug information).
If the IBM SDK is not present, a SoapSecurityException is
thrown.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.1.0.21.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
