(1) Static XML catalog needed for Web Services Notification
provider and client. A 'static XML catalog is needed in the
new JAX-WS based Web Services Notification provider
application. This will direct any WSDL parsing that takes
place in the JAX-WS infrastructure to XML files stored locally.

(2) Past InitialTerminationTime invokes wrong SOAP fault. The
broker erroneously responds with a
javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException rather than the expected
UnacceptableInitialTerminationTimeFault.

Problem conclusion

(1) The Web Services Notification service has been changed to
ensure that it uses the correct XML catalog.
(2) The Web Services Notification service has been changed so
that the correct fault is returned.

fixpack 7.0.0.1. Please refer to the recommended updates page
