Error description

When trying to send a SIP message that has about 15K of body,
the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) channel throws the
exception java.nio.BufferOverflowException.

The maximum buffer size was not large enough for larger SIP
messages and would result in a BufferOverflowException.

Problem conclusion

Maximum send buffer size was increased from 10 K to 64 K per
the specification.  It is recommended that SIP messages that
are this large should be sent over a reliable transport like
TCP.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.1.0.21 and 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
