Error description

AdminTask.validateConfigProperties command does not have correct
validation output. The validation originally only worked for
resource and property addition and not deletion.

Running the AdminTask.validateConfigProperties command on a
AuthorizationGroup configuration property does not properly
validate the AuthorizationGroup configuration property.

The AdminTask.validationConfigProperties command validates
an extracted property file. The extracted property file is
produced by the AdminTask.extractConfigProperties command in
which the ConfigId specified is an AuthorizationGroup ConfigId.

In this situation, no actual validation takes place at all
when running AdminTask.validationConfigProperties. No errors
or exceptions or thrown. The user just gets a validation
output file that is not very helpful.

Problem conclusion

Added text output to the existing validation code for
AuthorizationGroup configuration property.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
