The following error message is displayed in the SystemOut.log:

javax.servlet.ServletException: ExtensionsFilter not correctly
configured. Resource mapping missing. Resources cant be
delivered. Please see:

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an application that contains       *
*                      JavaServer Faces (JSF) is starting,     *
*                      both the SUN Reference Implementation   *
*                      (RI) and the Apache MyFaces             *
*                      implementation of JSF are found in      *
*                      the classloader.                        *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When an application is started that contains JSF in its web
module, both the SUN RI and the Apache MyFaces implementation
classes will be found.  This will cause the application to not
behave correctly in certain situations.  One example is when
configuring third party technologies such as Apache Tomahawk.
The following message will be seen in the System logs:
com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.servlet.ServletWrapper service
SRVE0068E: Uncaught exception created in one of the service
methods of the servlet Faces Servlet in application MyAppName.
Exception created :
javax.servlet.ServletException: ExtensionsFilter not correctly
configured. Resource mapping missing. Resources cant be
delivered.

Problem conclusion

The Apache MyFaces implementation container was modified so
that it will only load when it is configured for a given web
application.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
