Problem conclusion

• Reading and processing of XML schema documents during
  application deployment now uses a cache so the application
  deployment step can effectively re-use XML schema documents
  that come from the same source location.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
