Error description

Profile creation fails. The profile creation log shows an
error while executing one of the bootStrapWCCM files.
The error will be a "Failed to copy file" error with a reason
of "The system cannot find the file specified". The file
to copy will differ depending of the specific details of the
profile creation.

The profile creation fails. The profile creation log file will
indicate that the failure occurred on an ant task. The error
message "Failed to copy <file X> to <file Y> will be
logged, followed by the message:
"File" <X>. "The system cannot find the file specified."
The failure is due to an ant bug in the move (rename) target,
that occurs on Microsof Windows or IBM I platforms, when
the filename of the target of the rename task differs from the
source name only in case.

Problem conclusion

To work around the ant bug, the move commands were changed to
rename the specified file to an intermediate name before
moving it to the target name

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.
