Error description

An InjectionException with message code CWNE0044E occurs when
starting an application.  For example:

jmsref/EXPRESS3, jmsref/RELIABLE1, jmsref/RELIABLE2,
jmsref/RELIABLE3, jmsref/ASSURE1, jmsref/ASSURE2], defined for
the "sib.test.wsrm_Web" component.

JAX-WS applications fail to start because the resource
reference bindings can not be found. This problem stems from
the corruption of an internal table.  Once corrupted, the
resource references held by that table can not be resolved.

Problem conclusion

This issue was fixed by eliminating the errant removal of
entries from an internal mappings table.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
