Symptom:
When pointing to an application page in SPNEGO environment, the
application page looks blank.
In trace and ffdc, following entries are found.

Local fix

Tempfix:
Use fully qualified hostname that is defined in SPNEGO TAI
Properties
 (com.ibm.ws.security.spnego.SPN1.hostName=abc01.austin.ibm.com)
instead of aliasName when accessing web application for SPNEGO
Single
SignOn.

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Blank page is displayed when SPNEGO     *
*                      single sign-on enabled application      *
*                      page is accessed using alias hostname   *

* RECOMMENDATION:  Use real hostname to access application     *
*                  page instead of alias hostname              *
****************************************************************
When
com.ibm.websphere.security.krb.canonial_host proprety is set
to true, WebSphere performs reverse look up to convert alias
hostname to actual hostname.  In some situations, the code
expects to look up with actual hostname but alias hostname is
passed causing null pointer exception.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.1.0.23.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
