*                      is not synchronized with other proxy    *
*                      settings.                               *

Proxy Http Advisor filter returns 200 response after initial
startup delay even if all back-end servers are down. This will
cause load balancer to continue sending requests to the proxy
server. The correct behavior should throw 503 or other error
code.

Problem conclusion

The incorrect proxy behavior is changed. Instead of returning a
200 response directly, the proxy server will forward the
advisor requests to back-end servers and return the server's
responses to Load balancer.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
