The browser does not return anything when the Administrative
console is requested if Allow Asynchronous Request Dispatching
is enabled.

The WebContainer was checking a global setting to determine
whether to automatically close a request. This is not a valid
check when the ARD Channel is not in the chain.

been corrected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
