Error description

When Java2 Security has been enabled, the problem occurs when
multiple server class loaders are defined with the same
delegation mode.  Permissions are only defined properly for the
shared libraries of the first class loader.

Each class loader maintains a mapping of class path to a set
of permissions for classes loaded from that path.  While
processing shared libraries associated with user-defined
server class loaders, the permissions mapping is populated
using the permissions specified in library.policy.  However,
the mapping is only updated for class paths of shared
libraries associated with the first user-defined server class
loader.  As a result, classes loaded from subsequent
user-defined server class loaders will only have permissions
from the server dynamic policy.

Problem conclusion

The permissions mapping is updated for all user-defined server
class loaders.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.0.2.33, 6.1.0.23, and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
