Results on V6.1 and V7.0 are different.

In V7 it seems impossible to do anything other than append to
what is already there.

1. You are not able to reset attribute value to empty in START
command. This worked in V6.1.
AdminConfig.modify(pd, [[startargsc, ""]])

2. ChangeHostName command fails after profiles are created and
before node sync runs.  The node-metadata.properties is not in
the node agent config tree.  The command needs to be run
without node-metadata.properties.

Problem conclusion

1.  Fixed the wsadmin StringArrayAttrHelper code to allow reset
attribute to empty string.

2. Fixed the ChangeHost command code to tolerate the
MetadataNotAvailableException in ChangeHostName command.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
