Error description

Exception:  JSPG0056E:
"Unable to create an xml element from namespace [] name [] Error
Code:500"


Cause:
This occurs when a new line character appears in a JavaServer
Pages (JSP) custom tag.  The JSP Container is not handling the
carriage return correctly in this situation.  However, a new
line character between the 2nd and 3rd key of the tag is not a
problem.

Problem conclusion

The JSP Container was modified to account for a carriage
return character while parsing the text in a custom tag.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended
