Error description

When deploying an application with a work manager resource
through the administrative console and trying to map the
resource reference to the work manager, selecting the browse
button is not showing any resource references as it should.

Recreation steps:
-----------------
Create a work manager resource reference from the console >
Resources > Asynchronous beans > Work Managers > new >
Name:  Test
JNDI Name:  wm/Test
Category:  Default
Work request queue fail action:  fail
Service Names:  workArea is selected

Then deploy the workmanager application and in the page "Map
resource references to resources", selecting the "browse"
button does not show up any references here but client could
type in here manually which works fine.

This problem reported in V6.1.0.17 .

Lists of matching resources to help the user choose the JNDI
name for a resource reference was not provided for Work
Managers.  The list is now correctly provided.

Problem conclusion

Obtained list of WorkManagers that are within the scope of the
servers that the application is mapped to.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended
