Error description

When using core group bridges and IBM_CS_HAM_PROTOCOL_VERSION
of 6.0.2.31 timing situations can result in the occurrence of
HMGR0231, HMGR0167 or CWRCB0122 messages. These error messages
indicate problems during core group bridge rebuild and may
result in temporary routability (work load management) issues
for servers that appear healthy and in routable state.

Typically these messages are logged under certain rare
timing conditions associated with coregroup bridges
being started or stopped.

Problem conclusion

The solution involved changes in internal messages used
by the high availabilty manager to communicate between
coregroup members as well as changes to the associated
internal message cache for these messages.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.0.2.33, fixpack 6.1.0.23, and fixpack 7.0.0.3.
