Error description
When displaying chained personal certificates in the administrative console, the root of a chain is supposed to display in the list of certificates under the top of the chain. However, sometimes it displays before the top of the chain.If a user adds a new chained certificate, they may sometimes see the root certificates at the bottom of the list and the tops of the chain at the top of the list.

Problem conclusion
WebSphere Application Server has been modified to correctly order the chained certificates. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fixpack 7.0.0.1.
