Error description

If a user clears the cache of policy sets and general bindings
to pick up changes when the application is restarted without
restarting the server, the cache of the list of policy types in
policy set is not getting refreshed. Therefore, if a user adds a
policy type to a policy set and clears the cache of policy
sets, the new policy type may not get picked up.

If you refreshe the cache of policy sets and general bindings,
the cache of the list of the policy types in a policy set
isn't getting refreshed.

Problem conclusion

To ensure that the list of policy types is correct after
refresh, the cache of the list of policy types in a policy set
has been moved so that it will be refreshed when the
PolicySetManager MBean is refreshed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
