Error description

An entry in the AdminAgent's SystemOut.log for
NULL_MESSAGE_KEY_PASSED indicates a possible error while
starting an application server.
There is also a message ADML0065W warning that a nodesync
failed prior to starting the application server. The
application server starts successfully.

Local fix

*                      AdminAgent log may show                 *
*                      NULL_MESSAGE_KEY_PASSED.                *

For AdminAgent environment, starting a registered application
server, the AdminAgent log may show NULL_MESSAGE_KEY_PASSED
and the ADML0065W message that a nodesync failed.  But the
application server starts successfully.

ADML0065W: A sync operation prior to starting an application
server failed.

ADML0000I: The server initialization is complete. The process
ID is: 1416, server name is: server2

These messages can be ignored since a nodesync should not be
attempted in the AdminAgent environment.  Nodeagent code
running in the AdminAgent environment does not need to do a
nodesync which is for the Network Deployment environment only.
The server starts successfully.

Problem conclusion

Changed the Nodeagent code to not request the nodesync while
in the Adminagent environment.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
