Error description

After V5.1.1 to V7 migration on sles9 ppc64, the administrative
console Performance Monitoring Infrastructure (PMI) page for
application servers gives an error message saying
"Unable to access PMI configuration data"

Steps to Reproduce:
- Start the servers.
- Navigate to:
    Monitoring and Turning-> Performance Monitoring
Infrastructure > server
- Click on the server gives an error message
     "Unable to access PMI configuration data"

An error message is seen for Performance Monitoring
Infrastucture because there seems to have been confusion on
processDefinitions and processDefinition of the server.xml
file. The server.xml may have either of the definitions, but
the existing code was missing the data retrieval from
processDefinition. Therefore the expected data is not recovered
and the exception is thrown.

Problem conclusion

Changed the code to return the value correctly for both
definitions from the configuration file.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
