Error description

• UndefinedVariableException is thrown during migration.  This
  exception does not cause any functionality issues.

  When migrating a node from WebSphere Application Server
  version 6.1.0.x node to WebSphere Application Server version
  7.0.0.0 node, following exception is seen in the
  WASPostUpgrade log file:
  UndefinedVariableException: Undefined variable
  APP_INSTALL_ROOT.
  
  The migration completes successfully even though this
  exception is generated.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
