Error description

As a web service producer, WebSphere Application Server may
return a soap fault with this string: CWWSS7200E: Unable to
create AxisService from ServiceEndpointAddress. The problem is
the URL pattern dispatcher is not handling the context
correctly.

soap fault.

Local fix

Change the context root of the web service to another name.

Problem summary

If the hostname and the service context root are the same,
the service can not be found and will not be created.

Problem conclusion

The hostname is now bypassed when searching the URL for the
context root resulting in a search for the correct service.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended
