Server restart fails after install of WebSphere Service
Registry and Repository with an error message: "undefined
variable WAS_CELL_NAME"

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WSRR install fails during server        *

During WSRR installation to a standalone application server,
the server startup fails with the following error text:
"ADML0004E: An exception occurred when attempting to expand
variable" ...
com.ibm.wsspi.runtime.variable.UndefinedVariableException:
Undefined variable WAS_CELL_NAME.
The failure occurs because the  WAS_CELL_NAME variable is
missing from the cell level variables.xml file for the
standalone applicationserver.

Problem conclusion

To fix the defect, a placeholder for the WAS_CELL_NAME
variable was added to the cell level variables.xml file and
the scripts that update the value during profile creation were
modified.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1
