Error description

During file synchronization on asset updates on cluster
targets, the node agent attempts MBean operations on the
Cluster MBean running on the deployment manager.  Those
calls are failing because the node agent must use an
AdminClient connected to the deployment manager, as opposed
to the local AdminService which it attempts to use.  The
failure prevents the processing required to update the
installedAssets directory.  Applications based on that asset
therefore will continue to run with the previous version of
the asset.

An asset added to a BLA is typically deployed to some target
server or cluster.  In either case, the asset is stored in a
destination directory, <profile root>/installedAssets/<asset
name>, by default on each target node.  A program error
prevents this directory from being updated on target cluster
nodes when the asset is updated.  Applications based on that
asset therefore will continue to run with the previous version
of the asset.
