Problem conclusion

The install step examines the annotations of all of the
classes in the ear, war and jar files.  The algorithm for
examining the class files within these archive files has
been modified to decrease the installation time.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended
