Error description

When a user deploys a Service Component Architecture (SCA)
business-level application (BLA) with webservices policyset
binding attachment onto a WebSphere Application Server with
multiple security domain setup, deployment would fail due to a
binding attachment failure. Or, during post deployment, the
same failure would occur if the user tries to attach a
binding to a composition unit (CU). A typical failure would
result in errors like the following:

com.ibm.websphere.management.cmdframework.

*                      set binding to a SCA service in a       *

When multiple security domain is enabled, the setBinding
administrative command needs to know the security domain
for the composition unit (CU) that contains the Service
Component Architecture (SCA) service. However, the CU target
string misses the cell name. In other words, it only contains a
node name and a server name without having a cell name. The
missing cell name causes a failure when attempting to obtain
the security domain. Therefore, the setBinding command throws a
CommandValidationException against the invalid CU target
string.

Problem conclusion

To prevent the problem, the policy set framework gets the cell
name and adds it to the CU target string before attempting to
get the security domain for the target.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
