Error description

The configuration HFS, specifically the serverindex.xml, file
may become corrupt when an 'out of space' condition occurs.
This is a limited case but can occur during the save from the
workspace to the master repository.

Customers may see errors similar to:
BBOO0221W: HMGR0060W: An error was encountered while obtaining
the host and port information for server <servername> on node
<nodename>
BBOO0221W: ODCF0002E: Exception: no server entry for
<servername> was found in serverindex.xml.

An additional check is needed to insure the server.xml file
does not exist in the master configuration repository for a
server before removing it's entry in the serverindex.xml file.

Problem conclusion

The code has been modified to perform an additional check
to see if the server.xml file exists in the master
configuration repository.  If the server.xml file does exists,
we'll log a debug message, otherwise we will continue to
execute as before.

APAR PK74913 is currently targeted for inclusion in
Service Level (Fix Pack) 6.0.2.35 of WebSphere
Application Server V6.0.1 for z/OS.
