* USERS AFFECTED:  Users of WebSphere Application Server       *
*                  V7.0 base edition that are working with     *
*                  Admin Agent profiles.                       *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Admin Task tests are failing on Base    *
*                      servers that are registered to an       *
*                      admin agent. The metada_cei.xml file    *
*                      is missing for the management profile   *
*                      template. This prevents the             *
*                      EventInfrastructureService class from   *
*                      loading and leads to the failing of     *
*                      admin task tests.                       *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The medata_cei.xml file is not copied under
WAS_HOME/profileTemplates/management/documents/config/.repositor
y on WebSphere Application Server Base edition.

Problem conclusion

The metadata_cei.xml file should be copied also when installing
WebSphere Application Server Base edition not only when
installing WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment
edition.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
