* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A connection leak is caused by the      *
*                      resource adapter when using             *
*                      connection error event during           *
*                      matchManagedConnection().               *

The connection leak caused by the use of connection errors that
occurred on connections that are not being used by an
application is not well documented in the JCA specifications.

The use of connection error occurred at any time is not
allowed.  Connection error occurred should be only used on
managed connections being used by an applications and with this
fix, during matchMangedConnection() when the resource adapter
has control of the managed connection.

Problem conclusion

Fix allows the use of connection error occurred event by the
resource adapter during the matchManagedConnection method
processing.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.5 and 6.1.0.25.  Please refer to the Recommended
