Error description

For large scale flexible management deployments the Job Manager
shows performance degradation and high CPU usage during the
validation of remote node certificates.

Under large scale flexible management deployments the Job
Manager exhibits performance degradation and high CPU usage
during the validation of remote node certificates.

Problem conclusion

The code has been modified to cache the certificate aliases of
the trusted certificates for faster look up times.   The
following property was added to control the size of the alias
cache: com.ibm.websphere.security.rsaCertificateAliasCache.
The default value is 5000 and can be increased for larger
deployments. The value must be entered into the range of 1 -
N, where N is a valid positive integer that is greater than or
equal to the number of nodes registered with the Job Manager.
Most users will not need to add this property unless their Job
Manager topology exceeds 5000 registered nodes.   The value
can be set using the administrative console.  To view this
administrative console page, click Security > Global security
> Custom properties. You can click New to add a new custom
property and its associated value.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
